Blue Bird Media provides a number of services to help businesses increase their internet visibility. You agree to the Terms of Service outlined below by engaging us. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or if we can be of assistance.

Blue Bird Media offers local, national, and international search engine marketing, optimization, and related services. As a result, we submit your information to search providers on your behalf, and you must agree to their terms and conditions.

Advertising Material

Blue Bird Media has the right to publish information about your company on any of the above-mentioned publisher and search provider websites, and you authorize Blue Bird Media to create content based on information or material provided by you or your designees and collected by Blue Bird Media, such as copy, form, size, text, graphics, names, addresses, phone numbers, URLs, logos, trade names, trademarks, service marks, endorsements, photographs, or the like. Furthermore, you represent to Blue Bird Media that the material and information you provide is accurate and not misleading and that you have the authority to provide it.

Practices That Are Not Acceptable

Blue Bird Media’s efforts and relationships with its clients must follow specific principles and policies as it works to provide the finest service possible. Practices that violate these standards and policies are absolutely prohibited and may result in Blue Bird Media services being terminated immediately. Blue Bird Media has entire discretion in making such choices

Fees & Payment

You agree to pay Blue Bird Media service fees up to the amount mentioned in your most current Blue Bird Media Contract to cover the cost of placing and managing your online advertising & services campaign. On notification, we may adjust the maximum monthly prices in accordance with processes established by our search providers and publishers. Each calendar month’s costs are due at the end of the month. A 3% processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions. All campaign activity will be halted until the account is paid and the account is current if an account is 45 days past due. The account will be turned over to collection when it reaches 90 days past due.
